We are HIRING:
PRODUCER & DEVELOPMENT LEAD
We are seeking a Producer and Development Lead to work closely with our director, to build resilience, systems and income that will help us realise our creative vision for the young people in our community.
It’s a 'Swiss army knife role' and are looking for someone open to learn along side our existing team and get involved across all aspects of our work.
Producing: Planning and developing projects, managing budgets
Partnerships: Develop partnerships and connections with other organisations
Fundraising: Preparing and submitting bids to charitable trusts and foundations.
Outreach: Support outreach and engagement strategies
Communications and impact: Work with families and young people to facilitate a co-created community space ; steering groups, feedback forms, and community events
Creative: Involvement in shaping and supporting projects and groups.
